The Tortoise Tray System is ideal for breeding tortoises and for young tortoises to live.

The Tortoise Trust now recommend homes like this for certain species of tortoise. Latest research suggests the open-top  environment is more tortoise friendly than the vivarium style housing as it allows good ventilation and reduced humidity.

The unit is fully enclosed on all sides with a wire mesh. The mesh is wide enough so you can view the animals but small enough so that the tortoises are kept safe.

On the top of the unit is a deep plastic tray which when filled with substrate allows the animals to burrow.

The total size of the Tortoise Table is 100cm wide 45 deep and 120 high.
