With the Exo Terra Light Cycle Unit you can provide a perfectly light habitat, as well as the essential UVB radiation provides essential vitamin K that your desert dwelling bearded dragon needs to produce essential calcium.

The handy dusk – dawn simulator means that you can set lighting periods of 10, 12 or even 14 hours, to provide your pets with natural light cycles. By simulating the lighting conditions conditions of their natural habitats, this system can actively encourage natural breeding behaviours in some reptile breeds.

Operated by a user friendly control panel the lamps can be timer controlled to provide a steady output of light. This is ideal for avoiding the unpleasant flicker effect and with a variety of Exo Terra bulbs available, such as the Exo Terra Repti Glo 10.0, 5.0 and 2.0 you have real choice over which products to use.

Unlike similar products the Exo Terra Light Cycle Unit features two fluorescent bulb carriages that are powered by a single energy efficient ballast. This means that not only do you get the secondary bulb, but also saving on energy.

Available in a variety of bulb sizes, the dual bulb system is ideal for providing the essential UVB radiation needed for the healthy maintainance to species in a vivarium. We also offer three wattage types to enhance the adaptability of the product. These include 20 watt, 30 watt and 40 watt.

The long, flexible end-cap leads you can place the bulbs much closer to your pets without worry. The end caps themselves are tailor made for placing over any type of terrarium and are also waterproof, so you don't have to worry if you are using rain makers or humidity devices.
