Premium Calcium sand is the perfect substrate for desert reptiles such as bearded dragons, leopard geckos, uromastyx and monitor lizards.

The natural colour is a nice warm sandy colour that will give your vivarium a nice desert look. The colour is a lot more pleasing than dusty looking builder's sand.

It is made from 99.9% pure calcium carbonate with the remainder just safe vegetable extract for colouring.

Calcium carbonate is safe if reptiles ingest some of it with their food, so you don't need to panic if they eat any of it.

For a clean fresh-smelling vivarium, add a one-inch layer and replace soiled substrate each week. Replace the entire substrate every six weeks.
