Swell Premium Ground Walnut Sand

Swell Premium Ground Walnut is a dry, sandy substrates ideal for any reptiles which come from a dry arid environment such as bearded dragons and leopard geckos.

Swell Premium Ground Walnut Grit is an ideal substrate for bearded dragons, leopard geckos and any reptiles that live in a dry arid environment.

It is completely natural and comes from a sustainable resource - ground walnuts. Like all our own brand substrates, it is compostable when you've finished with it.

It is dust free and is softer than sand or traditional grit so won't scratch your terrarium.

For a clean fresh-smelling vivarium, add a one-inch layer and replace soiled substrate each week. Replace the entire substrate every six weeks.

Walnut sand is extremely fine soft sand from the same source as the walnut grit but more finely ground.

It is available in 4kg bags.
