The solid wooden casing (with solid back) not only looks great but keeps warmth and humidity to an optimum.

These vivariums are available in a choice of three colours. Please note the compact (LX) models are not compatible with vivarium cabinets but the standard vivs (VX) are.

This Tobacco Walnut vivarium measures 24'' length, 15" deep and 16" high, making them particularly suitable for smaller households.

These vivariums are easy to put together and are designed to be easy to clean.

The glass is toughened to BS6206A kite marked standards, it has up to 5 times its original strength, and if broken, the glass breaks into small blunt fragments whereas normal plate glass breaks into sharp long shards.

As the glass is used as sliding glass doors it is crucial that only safety glass is used to prevent serious injury.

Each vivarium contains the correct number of vents to provide optimum temperature and humidity levels.

Each vent contains a number of holes which are big enough to allow air to flow in and out, but small enough to prevent live foods from escaping.
