Zoo Med Proper Care of Bearded Dragons

Zoo Med's Proper Care of Bearded Dragons Book is now available at Swell Reptiles.

Bearded Dragons are Australian lizards that have taken the U.S. pet market by storm since coming into the pet trade from Europe a little over a decade ago.

Their main competition for most desirable pet lizard comes from Green Iguanas, but the Bearded Dragon is a much better choice of pet lizard for the beginner.

Perhaps it is only availability that keeps the Bearded Dragon from taking the top spot.  There's good reason for their popularity too, since Bearded Dragons are one of the most docile yet inquisitive pet lizards available in the pet trade.
