This is the first time I have placed an order for UVB bulbs via the internet. My husband thought I was mad saying that it was risky buying bulbs via postal service. Anyway they have arrived (less than 24 hours since placing the order!). Expertly packed and all in perfect working order. Thanks rather than an enquiry. Just wanted to say how impressed I am with the speed of service and delivery. The vivarium arrived at 08;30hrs today less than 24 hours from order , the Parcel Force driver commented on the excellent packaging used to protect the parcel, he said it was the best he has seen in many years and helps him greatly when such care is taken. Just wanted to say a mahoosive thanks for the fab customer service I received yesterday...I had forgotten to order my live food and so rang u guys later than the deadline...you still got the order done for me and my food arrived 20 mins ago!!! I've never ordered live foods by post before but tbh was getting sick of the state of the offerings in the local shops so thought Id give it a go...all the bugs look really healthy and in fab condition so I will def be ordering from you from now on :))

I got my CX36 viv & cabinet yesterday now for a review: Easy to put together, I did it on my own! Didn't take long at all, good instructions, easy to follow. Quality: excellent, beautiful colour (I got the walnut one), nice & sturdy, looks good & stylish, will blend into any room setting. Price: UN-bloody-believable! I was just going to get a cabinet to put my turtle tank on, but it worked out a hell of a lot cheaper to get this set up and give my current viv cabinet to the turtles!!! I've been meaning to get my beardie a new viv anyway so this killed two birds at half the price! In fact the old 2nd hand viv that I bought for my beardie originally cost nearly as much as this brand new one!!!!! Customer Service: excellent! right from my first phone call to placing my order (through website - easy to use). So overall? EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT VALUE, EXCELLENT PRODUCT! VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thank you Swell! I WILL be back! x

Website said orders placed before 4pm yesterday guaranteed delivery before Christmas.
I ordered a thermometer, UV bulb & bulb holder from my phone on their site at 3.40pm!!! Had everything crossed so I could set it up over the next week for my Leo.
This morning, well packaged, despite of snow & the late order it here!!! Not just before Christmas but the following morning!
Now that's service! Highly recommended!
