Frozen mice are not delivered in a refrigerated van as stated on website (confirmed by driver) took 3 days to get here and were completely defrosted on arrival. Full refund was given however info re delivery on website very misleading, would never buy again. -

Always arrive well packed and hygienically frozen. Loathe packing peanuts though, they escape everywhere and go straight to landfill. Hence 4 stars -
