What are Swell Reptile Mini Tub Mealworms?
Swell Reptile Mini Tub Mealworms are a small tub of live mealworms that have been bred to provide birds, reptiles and amphibians with a nutritious meal full of protein. The live mealworms are a hassle-free choice, as they are clean and odourless and unlikely to carry more diseases than other food options, which is what makes them such a popular choice amongst reptile and bird owners. Live mealworms are oftentimes better suited for birds than dried mealworms, which can be off-putting to birds due to their similarity to dead worms.

How do I get rid of mealworms?
Live mealworms should not be thrown away, but if it is necessary to dispose of them, we recommend freezing them first to avoid causing environmental problems.
It is also recommended that only a small amount of live mealworms are put in a bird feeder for wild birds at a time, as they could run a potential risk of escaping, breeding and becoming a pest.
