Hateful service. Does not deserve a star. Multiple issues with both company and their palate delivery despite its additional £30 charge. Communication dreadful. Told product was dispatched when it wasnt even in stock and i didnt find out until after the delivery was late and i contacted them. No one told me so i waited at home for over a week expecting this. Then when i was given a date it was wrong too and i nearly missed delivery.
Due to the length of time it tok to get the vivarium i had to build the vivarium immediately because i had a deposit down on my new pet.
But when the product arrived, missing parts, chunk out of the back corner, very visible and multiple dents in the glass holders both top and bottom. Plastic caps would not even fit and glass is uneven now built.
After multiple issues i was still prepared to give them a chance but the shere lack of care or help other than sending it back was pathetic. Noa rush to send out the damaged runners or missing screws. No compensation at all was offered for this awful experience. Will never be using Swell Reptiles again which was a shame as i have purchased multiple items in the past. Very disappointing!!! -

Could only use the viv as Gide hole's were drilled wrong so half good half bad
