This vivarium is purpose-built to accommodate the specific needs of your colour-changing friend - It has a cut out section in the top panel covered with a fine mesh so your heat lamp from a dome-light can sit on top, saving you valuable room inside the vivarium itself.

It also comes with a horizontal pole running across the length of the unit, so your chameleon can latch on just below the heat and UV source when it feels like it needs a little extra heat and UV.

Most chameleons require a humid environment, so after your have assembled your vivarium, you need to use a sealant around the edges and corners to protect the wood from moisture which may warp the wood, but otherwise, you are good to go!

You don't need to worry about the electrics once you have sealed it either - This vivarium comes with Vivexotic's new Easy Vent system, which means you can easily manage the cables that come into your vivarium without removing the lid.

The Front Flow vents are also positioned higher than in previous models to accommodate more substrate than before, without the vents clogging up.
