How much Blue River should I feed my Crested Gecko?

This complete gecko diet has been designed to be fed to fruit-eating geckos 2-3 times a week, however, you may want to feed Blue River diet to your gecko more often if they are ill or underweight. To prepare the mixture all you need to do is mix 1 part powder with 2-3 parts water (we recommend starting with 2 and then adding until you achieve desired consistency).

This popular Crested gecko food mixture will be suitable for consumption for 7 days after, if refrigerated, but it should be removed from your pet's enclosure after 48 hours if uneaten to prevent mould.

How long does the Blue River diet food good for?

After opening a bag of Blue River diet you will be able to use it for up to 6 months without it going off. However, if you keep it in your fridge it will last 12 months. The unopened shelf life of this food is significantly longer so we always recommend stocking up on it.
