Swell Bearded Dragon Starter Kit - Silver

The Swell Reptiles Bearded Dragon Silver Kit comes with a VivExotic Repti Home Maxi Large Vivarium, ensuring you have plenty of space for a growing Bearded Dragon or even a Rankin's dragon. It comes with all the electrics required to ensure that your pet is safe and sound, with the right UVB and the ability to ensure there is always the perfect temperature. We have included all electrics, with a few small decorations, though as these are personal taste we would recommend that you choose your own to finish the look of the vivarium off.

What's in This Kit?

The VivExotic Repti Home Maxi Large Vivarium in this kit measures at 115 x 49 x 46cm (45" x 20" x 18"), and comes in a choice of four colours - Black, Grey and Oak. There is all the electrics that you need, starting with the heat bulb, which has a ceramic holder with mounting bracket, for easy installation into your vivarium. This comes with a high range dimming thermostat, which means that you can control your temperatures and keep them exactly where they need to be, around 38 - 40C, and ensure that the heating element can't overheat and cause any danger. This can be monitored with the use of the included thermometers, one for each end of the vivarium, to make sure that you are getting a good temperature gradient.

For the UV lighting we have included the Arcadia ProT5 Kit, which is a plug and play unit for easy installation, containing the T5 bulb, reflector and controller to power it, in one easy to mount unit. This ensure that your Dragon is getting all the right UV lighting that it needs, though providing the right calcium supplements is just as important, and these will need to be purchased separately.

Substrate included is desert specific, and engineered for the use with Bearded Dragons to provide them with a natural environment. There is also a food and water bowl, as well as two caves (one for each end) to ensure your Beardie has a hot and cold hide to utilise, and feels safe and secure no matter where they are in the vivarium. There are two small plants, though more reptile decoration will be required, to your personal taste.
