At present, due to a high volume of orders there is a delay with live food and frozen food deliveries being dispatched, but we are working as quickly as we can to get them out, and will notify you if there are any stock problems regarding your order. Please allow an extra 1 - 2 working days before contacting us regarding delayed Live and Frozen Food deliveries.

We offer FREE Delivery as standard on all orders over £59! For orders under £59 there is a charge of £4.95. Order sent via Royal Mail cost £3.49.

Yes, as our couriers charge us more to send items to certain more remote areas (including Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Scilly and Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland, such as the Highlands) so there is a small additional cost for delivery to these areas. Areas of the UK with an additional charge include: AB30-56, IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-50, ZE, IM, BT and TR21-25.
As a standard, we do not work weekends, but during peak times, or for Bank Holidays, we work extra hard to ensure the orders are processed as quickly as possible. You may receive a notification of your order being dispatched over a weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, but unfortunately our couriers do not work during these times, and all orders will be collected on the next working day, so may be subject to an extra delay.
We would recommend checking your emails/text message service from the courier. There should be a link for you to locate where the parcel is and if there have been any delays. If the tracking doesn’t work or is unclear then please contact our team.
If your order is sent via DPD you will receive confirmation of a 1 hour time slot, and full tracking giving the location of your designated driver. If your smaller parcel is sent out via Royal Mail we can’t unfortunately obtain an ETA throughout the day.
Yes, simply edit the delivery address when placing the order.
If your order is out with DPD you may be able to change the address when in transit to an alternative address, this can be done via the app or link provided by text message with DPD directly. This cant be done on smaller parcels sent by Royal Mail.
DPD will send a link via text message, click on this to view full tracking. To track Royal Mail deliveries you will need to contact our customer service team.
At peak times, some parcels can be delayed in processing with the couriers themselves. You may receive an email from us when your order is dispatched, but the DPD tracking at the time will show that they do not yet have the parcel. This will update once the parcel has been collected, processed and scanned at the right depot, which can sometimes take a little longer..
The courier will try to deliver on three separate occasions before returning the parcel back to Swell Reptiles.

Livefood and frozen food are dispatched on the same day when orders are placed before 12pm, Monday - Thursday. Livefood should be with you within 2 working days, though in cold weather livefood may not be dispatched on a Friday due to the weekend delay.
Frozen food will be delivered next working day, on a pre-noon service, when an order has been placed before 12pm with Swell Reptiles. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or during Friday - Sunday, will be dispatched Monday for Tuesday morning delivery. There is a £9.99 delivery charge on every frozen food order, no matter the postcode or order value.
Please note that livefood and frozen food cannot be shipped outside the UK mainland.
