What is F10 CL Reptile Disinfectant?

F10 CL Reptile Disinfectant is a light-duty cleaning disinfectant concentrate, designed to kill a range of potentially harmful microorganisms including the oocysts (or eggs) of Cryptosporidium. The cleaner comes in a 1 litre bottle of concentrated disinfectant that can be diluted to make up to 100 litres of disinfectant solution. The solution can also be used in a fogging system to completely decontaminate an enclosure.

How do I use this disinfectant?

To use this disinfectant you will first need to dilute it with water, check the chart further down the page to work out the correct ratio of disinfectant to water for your enclosure. Then simply load up the disinfectant into a spray bottle or fogging system for application. For best results, allow the disinfectant to dry before using the cleaned area again. While it is reptile safe, we recommend spraying the disinfectant away from your pets and removing them from their enclosure while fogging. The concentrated form of this disinfectant is unsafe for any form of animal use.

What else do I need to buy with this disinfectant?

Depending on how you intend to apply the disinfectant you will need either a fogging system or a spray bottle. Spray bottles are good for targeting specific areas and hard surfaces while a fogger is better for cleaning a whole enclosure at once.
