The Flightless Golden Fly Culture comes in a prepacked tub and contains culture medium, eggs, larvae and pupa and is perfect for small amphibians such as Ranitomeya and Mantellas, small invertebrates and other small reptiles.

How do I care for the culture?

The culture should be kept at normal room temperature and will continue to produce new flies for several weeks. Keeping at normal temperatures will speed up development but may shorten the lifespan of the culture.

The Flightless Golden fruit flies (Drosophilia melanogaster) will reach a maximum size of 2.5mm.
