Swell Rankin's Dragon Starter Kit - Platinum

The Swell Reptiles Rankins Dragon Platinum Kit comes with a VivExotic Bearded Dragon AAL Vivarium, ensuring you have plenty of space for a Rankins Dragon. There are three colours to choose from, Oak, Black, and Grey, meaning you can get the perfect one for your home. There is the option of adding a cabinet as well, to really finish off the look of the set up. This includes everything you will need to get started with your Dragon, whether it is a baby or adult size, and ensures you will not have to upgrade at any later stage.

What's in This Kit?

The VivExotic Bearded Dragon AAL Vivarium in this kit measures at 120cm x 62.5cm x 62.5m (48" x 24" x 24"), and comes in a choice of three colours - Black, Grey and Oak. We have included a 100w basking bulb, along with a ceramic bulb holder with mounting bracket, so you can quickly and easily install it into your vivarium. This is controlled by the high range dimming thermostat, meaning you can not only control the temperature to exactly what you want, but also protect the bulb from overheating at all, ensuring both you and your Rankins Dragon are safe at all times. This can be checked with the included Infrared thermometer which enables you to quickly and efficiently check your specific basking temperatures, as well as ensuring the temperature gradient within the vivarium is correct.

For the UV lighting we have included the Arcadia ProT5 UV Kit, which has a T5 UV bulb, the controller to power it, and a built in reflector all in one easy to use plug and play unit, which is just screwed in to the lid of the vivarium. This provides the perfect lighting for your Bearded Dragon, and ensures they are kept in the best of health, when used alongside the included calcium dust and vitamin supplement.

For the substrate we have included a desert specific sand, which is engineered for the use with Dragons to ensure they have a natural environment. There is also a large food and water bowl, as well as two caves (one for each end) to ensure your Rankins has a hot and cold hide to utilise, and that they feel safe and secure throughout their enclosure. There is a selection of plants for decoration, though as this is often down to personal taste you may wish to add more reptile decoration. There is also a sand scoop and a cleaning disinfectant to keep your vivarium clean and safe. The included lock will ensure to prevent escapees. We have also included a supplementary dragon food to try, in order to give your Rankins Dragon a varied diet, and allowing you to try them with something new to see if they like it.
